J&T tracking
How to track my J&T package?
To track a J&T package, make sure you have the tracking number provided by the sender or the retailer. This unique code gives you access to all the information related to your shipment.
Enter this number in the search field and confirm. The most recent tracking data will be displayed automatically.
A detailed timeline then traces your package's journey: current location, completed transit stages, and estimated delivery date. This information is updated at each new stage, allowing you to follow your shipment's progress in real time.
Where can I find my J&T tracking number?
The J&T tracking number is automatically sent when your package is shipped. As the recipient, you receive it by email, SMS, or directly on the order confirmation page of the retailer's website.
If you cannot find it in your notifications, log in to your customer account on the website where you placed your order. The tracking number can be found in your order history or in the section dedicated to ongoing deliveries.
Once you have this number, enter it in the search field to check your delivery progress and estimated arrival date.
Why isn't my J&T package moving in the package tracking history?
When your J&T package tracking hasn't updated for several days, several factors may explain this delay: customs formalities for international shipments, logistical incidents, or simply a delay in updating the information.
Before taking any action, verify that the delivery address provided during the order is correct. An error or incomplete information can slow down the shipping process. If the delay persists beyond the announced timeframe, contact J&T customer service or the sender with your tracking number on hand. They will be able to precisely locate your package and, if necessary, open an investigation to determine the cause of the delay.
When I track my J&T package, why does it show as "returned"?
A "returned" status means that the package has been sent back to the sender. Several situations can explain this return:
The delivery driver was unable to identify the recipient due to an incorrect, illegible, or incomplete address missing essential information (apartment number, access code, etc.).
After several unsuccessful attempts and in the absence of collection within the allotted time, the package is automatically returned to its origin point.
The recipient did not collect the package from the post office or pickup point within the holding period, usually 15 days.
For international shipments, missing or incomplete documents or an incorrect value declaration can result in customs clearance refusal and the return of the package.
If your package shows this status, contact the sender or J&T customer service to find out the exact reason for the return and agree on a solution: a new shipment or refund according to the seller's terms.
Why does the J&T parcel tracking timeline indicate that my order cannot be found?
If no information appears when tracking your J&T package, several causes are possible:
Make sure that the number entered matches exactly the one provided by the sender. A single character error prevents the package from being identified.
Tracking information is only available once the package has been picked up by J&T. A delay of 24 to 48 hours may occur between the notification being sent and the first status update.
Temporary malfunctions can sometimes affect the online tracking system. In this case, try again later or contact J&T customer service for assistance.

What is J&T Express?
J&T Express, also known as J&T Worldwide Express or 极兔速递 in Chinese, is an international logistics and parcel delivery company founded in August 2015 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Created by Jet Lee and Tony Chen, two entrepreneurs of Chinese origin with solid experience in the technology sector and e-commerce, this company has established itself in less than a decade as one of the major players in express delivery in Asia and worldwide. The founding vision of J&T Express is based on a clear ambition: to support the rapid growth of e-commerce by offering fast, reliable and economically accessible logistics solutions.
From its inception, J&T Express adopted an approach resolutely focused on technological innovation and customer satisfaction. The company's slogan, "Express Your Online Business", perfectly reflects its strategic positioning as a privileged partner of online sellers and e-commerce platforms. This orientation has enabled the carrier to establish close ties with Asian e-commerce giants, particularly platforms linked to the Alibaba ecosystem and the many regional marketplaces that have flourished in Southeast Asia over the past decade.
The history of J&T Express is marked by exceptionally rapid geographic expansion. After consolidating its dominant position in the Indonesian market, the company undertook a series of successive implantations that made it the undisputed leader in express delivery in Southeast Asia. In 2018, the carrier expanded its operations to Malaysia and Vietnam, before conquering the Philippines, Thailand and Cambodia in 2019. The year 2020 marked a major turning point with entry into the markets of Singapore and, above all, China, the world's largest parcel delivery market.
- Date of creation: August 2015, in Jakarta, Indonesia, by Jet Lee and Tony Chen
- Headquarters: Jakarta, Indonesia, with regional offices in each country of operation
- Number of employees: More than 180,000 employees worldwide
- Package volume handled: More than 30 billion parcels delivered per year, averaging more than 80 million parcels per day
- Infrastructure: Approximately 19,300 service points and 246 sorting centers equipped with 413 automated sorting machines
- Financing: More than 4.75 billion dollars raised from international investors across several funding rounds
The positioning of J&T Express in the global logistics market is distinguished by several fundamental characteristics. First, the carrier has developed particular expertise in the last-mile segment, this critical phase of the supply chain where the parcel leaves the distribution center to be delivered to the final recipient. Second, the company has massively invested in the automation and digitization of its operations, deploying cutting-edge technologies such as automated sorting, real-time tracking and autonomous vehicles. In China, J&T Express's autonomous vehicle network now has 900 operational units covering several provinces.
The growth of J&T Express has also resulted in growing international recognition. Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2023, the company has demonstrated its ability to achieve profitability in particularly competitive markets. J&T Express now generates annual revenue of several billion US dollars, with sustained year-on-year growth, confirming the strength of its business model.
Which countries does J&T Express deliver to?
J&T Express has developed over the years a logistics network covering thirteen countries distributed across four continents. This strategic geographic expansion allows the carrier to offer domestic delivery services in each of these markets, as well as international shipping solutions connecting these different zones. The company's territorial coverage reflects its desire to support its customers, whether individuals or professionals, in their local and cross-border shipping needs.
In Southeast Asia, the region of origin and historical heart of its activity, J&T Express holds the position of undisputed leader. The carrier serves all Indonesian, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Philippine, Thai, Cambodian and Singaporean territories. In each of these countries, the company has built a dense network of service points, sorting centers and delivery teams enabling it to reach both major cities and more remote rural areas. This comprehensive coverage represents a major competitive advantage in a region characterized by often complex geographies, such as the Indonesian archipelago composed of more than 17,000 islands.
- Indonesia: Home market and carrier's first network, with complete national coverage including main islands (Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali) and more isolated regions of the archipelago
- Malaysia: Established presence since 2018, covering peninsular Malaysia as well as the states of Sabah and Sarawak on the island of Borneo
- Vietnam: National network serving 63 provinces of the country, from major cities such as Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to rural areas of the Mekong Delta
- Philippines: Coverage of the entire Philippine archipelago, including inter-island deliveries to destinations such as Cebu, Mindanao or Palawan
- Thailand: National presence covering all Thai provinces, from Bangkok to regions of the North and South
- Cambodia: Domestic network serving the entire Cambodian territory, connected to neighboring countries through international services
- Singapore: Complete coverage of the city-state, also serving as a hub for regional shipments
J&T Express's entry into the Chinese market in 2020 marked a turning point in the company's history. Facing powerful competitors well established locally, the carrier has managed to secure a significant place by now holding more than 11% of China's express delivery market share. This remarkable performance was achieved through massive investments in logistics infrastructure and aggressive pricing policies aimed at quickly gaining volumes. The presence in China also allows J&T Express to offer seamless cross-border shipping solutions between the world's workshop and Southeast Asian consumer markets.
Beyond Asia, J&T Express has undertaken ambitious geographic diversification to new regions. In the Middle East, the carrier now operates in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, two strategic markets characterized by strong e-commerce growth and consumers accustomed to fast deliveries. In Latin America, the company has established itself in Mexico and Brazil, two economic giants in the region where the potential for e-commerce development remains considerable. Finally, in Africa, J&T Express has launched operations in Egypt, gateway to the African Francophone and Anglophone market.
Regarding international shipments, J&T International services allow parcels to be shipped to approximately 100 countries and territories worldwide. This capacity is based both on the company's own network in its thirteen markets of operation and on partnerships with local carriers and national postal operators for destinations where J&T Express does not directly operate. The company also has warehouses abroad in nine regions, including Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States, thereby facilitating cross-border e-commerce operations for sellers wishing to pre-position their inventory near their target markets.
What are J&T Express delivery services and timelines?
J&T Express offers a complete range of delivery services adapted to the different needs of its customers. Whether you are an individual shipping an occasional parcel, an online seller managing large volumes or a company requiring customized logistics solutions, the carrier offers various options in terms of speed, price and features. This diversity of services is one of J&T Express's major strengths against competition, allowing each customer to find the solution that precisely matches their expectations.
The same-day delivery service represents the most premium offering in the J&T Express catalog. Intended for the most urgent shipments, this service guarantees that a parcel collected in the morning will be delivered to the recipient in the afternoon or evening of the same day. This option is particularly sought after in major Asian cities where J&T Express's population density and logistics infrastructure allow reaching exceptional performance levels. Same-day delivery service implies higher rates than other options, but offers unparalleled peace of mind for critical shipments.
- Same-day delivery: Collection and delivery on the same day, available in the main urban areas of served markets, ideal for urgent documents and last-minute shipments
- Next Day Delivery: Express service guaranteeing delivery to the recipient the next business day after collection, combining speed and attractive value for money
- Standard delivery (Regular): Economical option with delivery times of 2 to 5 business days depending on distance and destination, perfectly suited for non-urgent shipments
- J&T Super Service: Premium offering available in Vietnam combining maximum speed and added-value services such as enhanced parcel security
- Multi Pieces Service: Group shipping solution in Malaysia allowing shipment of 2 to 10 parcels to the same recipient at an optimized rate
- International delivery: Shipping services to abroad with multiple speed options, from International Express for urgent shipments to International Line Haul for economical shipments
Actual delivery times vary depending on several parameters that customers must take into account when shipping. The distance between the point of origin and the final destination naturally constitutes the first determining factor. An intra-city shipment will logically be faster than a shipment crossing several regions or, in the case of Indonesia or the Philippines, requiring inter-island maritime transport. The type of service selected also directly influences the delivery time, with the additional cost of express options being justified by prioritization in processing and shipment.
For domestic shipments in Southeast Asia, standard delivery times generally range between 1 and 5 business days depending on the countries and geographical areas concerned. Deliveries between major cities are usually completed within 1 to 2 days, while more rural or island destinations may require 3 to 5 days. In Mexico, a more recent market for J&T Express, standard delivery times vary from 1 to 3 business days for national shipments.
Regarding international shipments, delivery times present greater variability linked to the constraints of long-distance transport and customs procedures. For shipments from Asia to other continents via e-commerce platforms such as AliExpress or Shopee, delivery times can range from 18 to 45 days depending on destinations, transportation modes used (air or maritime) and customs clearance efficiency. J&T's International Express services allow significantly reducing these timelines for urgent shipments at an additional cost.
J&T Express strives to maintain its delivery commitments despite unforeseen circumstances that may affect logistics operations. However, certain circumstances may cause delays that the carrier communicates to its customers via its tracking system. Periods of high commercial activity, particularly major e-commerce promotional events such as Single's Day, Black Friday or local holiday periods, generate volume peaks that can temporarily extend delivery times. Exceptional weather conditions, regulatory constraints and health situations can also impact delivery performance.
What are the rates and maximum dimensions accepted by J&T Express?
J&T Express's pricing policy is based on a calculation system taking into account several variables to offer a price adapted to each shipment. Unlike a fixed rate schedule, the cost of a shipment via J&T Express is determined dynamically based on the specific characteristics of the parcel and the service selected. This approach allows the carrier to offer competitive rates in its core market while adjusting its prices to the particular logistics constraints of certain shipments.
The first factor influencing the rate is the weight of the parcel, a fundamental element in calculating transport costs. J&T Express applies a billable weight system that takes into account either the actual weight of the parcel or its volumetric weight, with the higher of the two being used for pricing. This method, standard in the express transport industry, aims to reflect the actual transport cost of large but light parcels that occupy significant space in vehicles and sorting centers. Volumetric weight is generally calculated according to the following formula: Length x Width x Height (in centimeters) divided by 5000.
- Actual weight vs. volumetric weight: The rate is calculated on the basis of the higher of the weight measured on a scale and the volumetric weight calculated from the dimensions
- Origin-destination distance: Delivery zones are classified and rates increase progressively with geographic distance
- Service type: Express and premium options involve rates higher than standard services, reflecting prioritization and additional logistics resources mobilized
- Additional services: Supplementary insurance on declared value, advanced tracking options or home pickup may generate additional charges
- Seasonality: Certain periods of high demand may be accompanied by temporary rate adjustments
To obtain an accurate estimate of the cost of a shipment, J&T Express provides its customers with several rate calculation tools. The official mobile application, available on Android and iOS, includes a simulation feature allowing you to enter the parcel characteristics and destination to instantly obtain rates for the different available services. The J&T Express website also offers an online calculator accessible without creating an account. For companies with regular needs or large volumes, J&T Express's sales department establishes negotiated rate schedules offering preferential conditions.
Regarding dimensional and weight limitations, J&T Express applies rules varying depending on the countries of operation and service types. These restrictions are intended to guarantee the compatibility of parcels with the automated sorting infrastructure and delivery vehicles of the network. Compliance with these limitations conditions the carrier's acceptance of the parcel and its processing within the announced standard timelines.
For standard domestic shipments, general limitations set the maximum weight at 50 kilograms as a rule, potentially reaching 60 to 70 kilograms depending on markets. In Malaysia for example, the standard service accepts parcels up to 70 kilograms. Maximum dimensions are generally defined by the sum of the three sides (Length + Width + Height) not exceeding 180 to 300 centimeters depending on services, with a maximum length on a single side varying from 120 to 150 centimeters. For international shipments, restrictions are stricter, with a maximum weight generally capped at 35 kilograms and reinforced dimensional constraints.
Parcels intended for air transport, used for express services and certain international connections, are subject to specific limitations. Air freight regulations require that the length of one side not exceed 150 centimeters and that the sum of the three sides remain less than 300 centimeters. Each air parcel weight must be between 3 and 35 kilograms, with dimensions not exceeding 90 x 90 x 90 centimeters. These constraints reflect the requirements of airlines and civil aviation authorities regarding freight safety and handling.
Certain categories of goods are subject to transport restrictions or prohibitions by J&T Express. Dangerous, flammable, explosive or corrosive items are generally refused, as are illicit substances and products subject to specific regulations. Items of exceptional value, irreplaceable official documents and perishable goods may be subject to special conditions or require dedicated services. It is recommended to consult the J&T Express terms and conditions of transport for the country concerned before shipping unusual goods.
What are J&T Express delivery options?
Beyond the different speed services offered, J&T Express provides a range of delivery options allowing recipients to receive their parcels under conditions that suit them best. This flexibility responds to the expectations of modern consumers, accustomed to high e-commerce standards and wishing to be able to adapt the receipt of their orders to their personal and professional constraints. The carrier has developed these options in close collaboration with partner e-commerce platforms to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
Home delivery constitutes the basic and most commonly used option in the J&T Express network. The delivery driver goes to the address indicated by the shipper or recipient and hands over the parcel in person against signature or electronic validation. This method offers the convenience of receiving purchases directly at home without having to travel. If the recipient is absent during the first delivery attempt, procedures vary depending on countries and services, ranging from automatic reattempt the next day to placement at a nearby service point.
- Home delivery: Parcel delivery to the indicated address, with multiple delivery attempts if absent and possibility to reschedule
- Drop-off and pickup points: Network of nearly 10,000 service points in Southeast Asia allowing customers to drop off or pick up their parcels
- Scheduled delivery: Option allowing the recipient to choose a delivery time slot, available depending on markets and services
- Notifications and preferences: Alert system by SMS and push notifications informing the recipient of delivery progress and allowing them to interact with the delivery driver
- Delivery instructions: Possibility for the recipient to leave specific instructions to the delivery driver regarding access or drop-off location
J&T Express's network of drop-off and pickup points is an appreciated alternative to home delivery. These service points, which may be J&T Express agencies or partner businesses, allow customers to drop off parcels for shipment or come to pick up parcels intended for them. This option is particularly suitable for people frequently absent from their home or wishing to avoid the constraints of waiting for a delivery driver. Extended opening hours of many partner points offer additional flexibility compared to home delivery attempts during standard business hours.
One of the distinctive characteristics of J&T Express lies in its cash-on-delivery payment service, commonly referred to by the English acronym COD (Cash On Delivery). This option, particularly popular in Southeast Asia where many consumers remain reluctant to make advance online payments, allows the recipient to pay for their order in cash when receiving the parcel. The delivery driver collects the amount due and J&T Express then transfers the funds to the seller according to timelines varying from 1 to 3 business days depending on financial institutions. This service has significantly contributed to the development of e-commerce in emerging markets where banking infrastructure remains incomplete.
J&T Express continuously invests in improving the delivery experience through advanced technological tools. The mobile application allows recipients to track their parcel location in real time when it is being distributed, facilitating receipt organization. Proactive notification systems inform customers of each stage of shipment, from initial pickup to final delivery. Some markets also offer direct communication features between the recipient and delivery driver, allowing last-minute instructions to be clarified or temporary unavailability to be signaled.
For deliveries that cannot be completed despite multiple attempts, J&T Express has procedures for holding parcels and managing returns. Undelivered parcels are kept at local service points for a determined period, generally 3 to 7 days depending on countries, during which the recipient can pick them up by presenting an ID and their tracking number. After this period, parcels may be returned to the shipper or handled according to instructions previously defined when sending. This rigorous management of delivery failures helps minimize losses and maintain satisfaction of all parties involved.
What should I do if my J&T Express parcel is lost or damaged?
Despite the efforts deployed by J&T Express to guarantee the integrity of shipments throughout the supply chain, incidents can occasionally occur. A parcel can be mislaid during transit, damaged during handling or transport operations, or even marked as delivered when the recipient claims not to have received it. Faced with these situations, it is essential to know what steps to take to assert your rights and obtain a satisfactory resolution to the problem.
The first step in case of a problem with a J&T Express parcel is to check the shipment status via the online tracking system. Sometimes what appears to be a delay or loss is just a temporary delay in updating tracking information. If tracking indicates that the parcel is stuck at a particular stage for several days without change, or if the status mentions an unsuccessful delivery attempt that the recipient is unaware of, contacting J&T Express customer service is necessary to obtain clarification and resolve the situation.
- Check tracking: Regularly check parcel status on the J&T Express website or application to identify any blockage or anomaly in shipment
- Contact customer service: Reach J&T Express by phone, email or live chat providing the tracking number and detailed description of the problem
- Document damage: If parcel is received damaged, take detailed photos of packaging and contents before any cleaning or repair attempts
- File formal claim: Complete the claim form available from J&T Express attaching all necessary supporting documents
- Respect timelines: Claims must generally be filed within a few days following delivery or discovery of the problem
For damaged parcels, the recommended procedure begins at receipt. If packaging shows visible signs of deterioration (crushing, tearing, moisture traces), it is advisable to note precise reservations on the delivery slip before signing. This written note of observed damage will constitute an important piece of evidence in case of a later claim. If the parcel contents are damaged, it is advisable to keep the original packaging and photograph all damage in detail. In principle, claims for damaged parcels must be made within three days following delivery.
J&T Express customer service can be reached via several channels depending on countries of operation. The telephone line allows obtaining immediate assistance and remains the preferred means for urgent situations. In Malaysia, the number to dial is 1800-82-0022, while in the Philippines, customers can reach (02) 8911-1888. The general support email address is [email protected] for less urgent requests, with usual response time of 1 to 3 business days. Live chat available on the website and mobile application also offers the possibility of real-time assistance, with extended availability allowing requests to be handled at any time.
Regarding compensation in case of confirmed loss or damage, conditions vary depending on transport contracts and services subscribed. J&T Express offers supplementary insurance options allowing coverage of the declared value of goods beyond standard compensation limits. It is recommended for shippers of valuable goods to subscribe to this additional insurance when sending. Without supplementary insurance, compensation is generally limited to a fixed amount per kilogram or a predefined ceiling which may prove lower than the actual value of lost or damaged contents.
If you made an online purchase and the parcel was shipped to you via J&T Express, it is important to note that your main contact remains the seller or e-commerce platform. Under consumer law, it is the seller who bears responsibility for proper delivery of the merchandise. In case of a problem, you can also turn to the merchant site's customer service to obtain product return or refund. The seller can then exercise recourse against the carrier through their own professional channels. This dual possibility of recourse strengthens the protections available to consumers.
Does J&T Express handle international shipments and customs formalities?
The geographic expansion of J&T Express beyond its home market has been accompanied by the development of a robust international shipping service offering. The J&T International branch offers solutions allowing shipment of parcels to approximately 100 countries and territories worldwide, combining the carrier's own network in its thirteen markets of operation with strategic partnerships for destinations where the company does not directly operate. This international capacity responds to the growing needs of online sellers wishing to ship their products to a global customer base.
J&T Express's international shipping services come in several options adapted to different levels of urgency and budget. International Express offers the shortest timelines for priority shipments, prioritizing direct air transport to destinations concerned. For less urgent shipments, International Line Haul offers more economical rates through an optimized combination of air and ground transport. E-commerce sellers can also opt for foreign warehouse preparation solutions, using the nine storage centers that J&T Express operates in Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States.
- International Express: Premium service with optimized timelines thanks to priority air transport, suited to urgent shipments and high added-value products
- International Line Haul: Economical option combining different transport modes to offer optimal value for money on non-urgent shipments
- Fulfillment services: Possibility to store goods in J&T warehouses abroad to accelerate deliveries to target markets
- Geographic coverage: Shipping possible to approximately 100 countries via J&T's own network and logistics partners
- International tracking: Parcel traceability maintained throughout the cross-border route thanks to interconnected information systems
Management of customs formalities constitutes a critical aspect of international shipments that J&T Express handles with expertise developed over the years. Any shipment crossing a border between countries not members of the same customs union is subject to specific checks and administrative procedures. These formalities aim to verify compliance of goods with destination country regulations, collect applicable customs duties and taxes, and prevent entry of prohibited or dangerous products.
To facilitate customs clearance of parcels, J&T Express requires shippers to provide accurate documentation describing the contents of international shipments. This documentation generally includes a customs declaration mentioning the nature of goods, their quantity, their commercial value and their country of origin. For commercially oriented shipments, a detailed commercial invoice is also required. J&T International has teams specialized in customs clearance and collaborates with approved customs brokers to ensure smooth handling of formalities in each destination country.
Import duties and taxes constitute an important component of the total cost of international shipments. Their amount varies considerably depending on the destination country, the nature of goods and their declared value. As a general rule, it is the recipient who is liable for these fees at the time of delivery, although some services offer advance payment options by the shipper (Delivery Duty Paid). It is essential that shippers inform their recipients of this possibility of additional charges to avoid parcel refusals or disappointment.
Timelines for international shipments via J&T Express vary significantly depending on destinations and services chosen. Intra-Asia shipments, benefiting from the company's dense network in the region, can be delivered in 3 to 10 business days. Shipments to other continents generally require longer timelines, on the order of 15 to 45 days for economical services. These timelines include transport times, but also customs clearance periods which can vary depending on the efficiency of local customs administrations and the complexity of goods shipped. Express services allow reducing these timelines, but at the price of higher transport cost.
Certain goods are subject to specific restrictions or prohibitions on export or import depending on countries concerned. Food products, cosmetics, medicines, electronic devices and textiles may be subject to particular regulations requiring special certifications or authorizations. J&T Express advises its customers to verify applicable regulations before shipping unusual goods internationally and may refuse to accept parcels not complying with required conditions. In case of doubt, J&T Express's international customer service can guide shippers toward necessary procedures.
Understanding tracking statuses
When you track a J&T Express parcel online, different statuses may appear as it progresses through the supply chain. These mentions allow you to understand exactly where your shipment is in the logistics chain and anticipate its delivery date. Here are the main statuses and their meaning:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pickup has been accepted | The parcel has been successfully collected by the J&T Express courier from the shipper. It officially integrates into the delivery network and is now in transit to its final destination. |
| Parcel is awaiting pickup | Your parcel is ready and awaiting a J&T Express courier to come pick it up from the shipper to start the delivery process. |
| Parcel pickup has been assigned | A courier has been designated to pick up your parcel from the shipper. Pickup should take place soon according to usual passage slots in the area concerned. |
| Parcel is at dispatch center | Your parcel is in the departure sorting center where it is being processed. It will soon be sent to the destination distribution center or to an intermediate transit center. |
| Parcel has arrived at center | Your parcel has reached a J&T Express sorting center. It will be scanned and sorted there then sent to its next stage, whether another transit center or directly to the final distribution center. |
| Parcel is in transit | Your parcel is progressing in the J&T Express transport network and getting closer to its destination. It is currently transiting from one sorting center to another toward the recipient. |
| Parcel is out for delivery | Your parcel has left the local distribution center and is currently in the delivery driver's hands. It is on its way to the destination address and should be delivered to the recipient within the next few hours. |
| Parcel has been delivered | Your parcel has been successfully delivered to the final recipient. Delivery is confirmed as completed and the shipment process is finished. |
| Parcel could not be delivered | A delivery attempt was made but did not succeed, generally due to recipient absence or difficulty accessing the address. The parcel is held at the local center pending a reattempt or recipient instructions. |
| Parcel has been returned to center | After several unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel has been returned to the J&T Express sorting center. It will remain there pending new instructions concerning a possible reattempt or return to the shipper. |
| Parcel has been handed to shipping partner | Your parcel has been handed to a third-party carrier or J&T Express logistics partner to continue its journey to final destination. This may concern international shipments or areas not directly covered by J&T. |
| Merchant is offline | The tracking system indicates that it is temporarily impossible to contact the shipper (for example an online store). The parcel remains pending and the process will resume once communication with the shipper is restored. |
