What's included in the FREE plan?

Each of our plans includes all Ordertracker features except for the tracking API, which is exclusively available starting from the Retailer plan. The Free plan offers up to 50 shipments per month, and billing is based on the number of shipments while lookups are unlimited.

How does the tracking API work?

The tracking API allows you to track any shipment with a single GET call and obtain its status and tracking timeline in real-time. Additionally, shipments become visible in your centralized dashboard and are automatically updated in the background at no cost. How does the Shopify app work?

Ordertracker for Shopify provides a 1 click solution for merchants to enable Ordertracker's tracking into their Shopify store, it allows you to install a customized tracking page with upsells on your Shopify store and automatically sends email notifications to your customers whenever there is an update on their order status. You can install it from the Shopify app store to get started.
